Book Tasting Parties

Each month we have a "Welcome to Chapter Books" party for all of those students that have just moved to a Level J, K or L. This is the very beginning of reading chapter books and is somewhat of a Rite of Passage moment for these readers and truly something to celebrate. We have tables full of books to "taste", snacks, bookmarks and lots of fun. Here are some pictures of a few of our celebrations.
